What You Will Do:

New patient evaluation and follow up visits with ongoing POC management

Complete all documentation in a timely manner

Actively participate in In-House Continuing Education presentations

Participate in marketing activities, as needed

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Who Are We Looking For?

• • Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois
  • One year of experience in the outpatient Ortho setting preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
  • Someone who brings more than skills – you bring a desire to make a difference.
  • A proactive learner, eager to explore and grow in diverse areas of physical therapy.
  • A team player, ready to share and collaborate for the best outcomes.
